I took my 2013 mini cooper in for oil change and upon arrival they noticed my latch for hood was cracked. No problem they ordered part and installed day later. Excellent customer service! Excellent communication.

My 2019 BMW 740i was leaking from the oil filter housing. DK Hardee, was a great experience overall excellent customer service. The price for the repair was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend DK Hardee for your automotive needs.

Great customer service from all employees. Referred by Blackstones Tires on Owen drive. Driving an older model BMW (2015), but parts came in quickly. Kudos to my agent Rachael was the best, but all were pleasant and helpful. Diagnosis was straightforward with error codes and video support. The payment application was easy to use. Overall great experience and will use in the future.

I’ve taken my car to DK Hardee Automotive twice now, and both times have been a great experience. Curt was the one who helped me, and he really took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car in a way I could actually understand. The customer service was top tier — very professional, patient, and honest. They kept me updated the whole time my car was there, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a shop that communicates like that. If you’re looking for a place that’s knowledgeable and actually cares about their customers, I definitely recommend DK Hardee Automotive. I’ll be going back whenever I need work done. Ask for Curt the best ♥️

I'm writing this review to inform others of my experience with this repair shop. I took my Range Rover in to have them diagnose and repair three issues that had come up. After paying the diagnostic fee, they presented me an estimate of about $4,000 to repair all issues. I paid for the work and they claimed to have made all repairs. When I went to pick up my vehicle there was an extremely loud tapping sound coming from the engine as soon as I started it. It sounded like something metal was inside of the engine tapping around. I've attached it so you can hear what I heard. It was not doing this when I dropped it off. This was while I was still on their lot, and all I did was start the vehicle to leave. I notified them at the time and someone came to look at it. After the vehicle warmed up the noise stopped (on their lot). I took the vehicle home and the next morning I recorded the sound and brought the vehicle back to them. They called me and wanted another $2,000 to diagnose what the issue is. Mind you, it is the issue that began after they worked on the vehicle. $2,000 to find out what they did to my vehicle sounds crazy to me, no thank you. Here's the kicker, about a month later
